JetX Game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents including a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
JetX Game serves Pakistani players and requires all accounts to be associated with valid Pakistani contact details. Accounts registered from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted may be closed without notice.

The minimum deposit on JetX Game is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit under normal account conditions, though JetX Game reserves the right to apply limits for risk management or KYC compliance purposes at any time.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits credit to your JetX Game wallet instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank IBFT transfers may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the originating bank. If a deposit has not appeared in your wallet within 3 hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another person — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated bets voided.
The JetX Game platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bet stakes, potential winnings, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. JetX Game does not perform any currency conversion and is not responsible for any conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
All bonus offers made available by JetX Game — including but not limited to the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bet tokens, cashback rewards, and referral bonuses — are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms stated for each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your JetX Game account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a "30x wagering requirement" on a Rs 5,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 1,50,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's terms.
All JetX Game bonuses have an expiry period beginning from the date of credit. Bonus funds that have not been wagered in full before the expiry date are forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms — typically 7 or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
JetX Game actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including — but not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk betting purely to clear wagering requirements, using prohibited betting software, and any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than to participate in normal gameplay. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be suspended or permanently closed.
The JetX Game welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. It cannot be claimed a second time, cannot be transferred between accounts, and is subject to the specific wagering terms published on the Promotions page at the time of your registration.
Each game available on JetX Game is governed by its own set of rules which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a bet in any JetX Game game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the relevant game rules. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on JetX Game — including slots and virtual sports simulations — use certified pseudorandom number generation algorithms that have been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Crash games including Aviator, available on JetX Game, use a provably fair system. The crash point for each round is determined by a cryptographic hash generated before the round begins — not during or after betting. This hash is published before the round starts and can be verified by any player after the round concludes using the public verification tool provided within the game interface. JetX Game cannot alter the crash point after bet placement, and this is independently verifiable.
In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or data communication failure during a game round on JetX Game, bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. JetX Game's technical records constitute the final reference for any disputed game outcomes. Player screenshots or other external records are not accepted as evidence of game results.
JetX Game reserves the right to void any game round, bet, or series of bets where there is reasonable evidence of system error, exploitation of a technical fault, collusion between players, or any other irregularity that compromises the integrity of the game. Players will be notified of voided bets and their stakes will be returned.
The minimum withdrawal amount from JetX Game is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
JetX Game aims to process all withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
First withdrawals and withdrawals above certain amounts may be subject to a KYC verification step that can extend processing time. JetX Game will notify you if additional verification is required.
JetX Game applies a method-matching policy: withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. If you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal will be sent to the same Easypaisa account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect your funds.
JetX Game does not charge any processing fees on withdrawals. The full amount you request is transferred to your payment account. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction fees — JetX Game has no control over these and is not responsible for them.
Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering completion will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
