• Transaction records: Retained for 5 years to meet financial reporting and anti-money laundering obligations.
• Support correspondence: Retained for 3 years from the date of the conversation, to allow us to reference previous interactions if related issues arise.
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or 2 years after your last interaction with a marketing communication, whichever comes first.
• Technical logs (IP, session data): Retained for 12 months, then deleted or anonymised.

When data reaches the end of its retention period, it is securely deleted from JetX Game systems. If you close your account voluntarily, the retention periods above still apply — we cannot immediately delete all records where a legal retention obligation exists.

Where suspicious activity is identified, JetX Game may place a temporary hold on your account, request additional documentation, or — if legally required — file a report with relevant authorities. We cannot discuss active investigations with the player involved.

JetX Game will never be used as a vehicle for laundering funds. Any account identified as being used for this purpose will be permanently closed and reported to the appropriate Pakistani authorities.
